Taking 10 minutes in the morning to be still, find gratitude and reflect changes your energy.



When that morning alarm goes off, we all want to hit that snooze button and go right back to sleep. However is that extra 10 minutes beneficial? What if you rolled out of bed and allowed your body and mind to center it's self before the day begins. Here are 5 things you can do that will help slow down the hustle and bustle of everyday life and give you a sense of calm to begin your day, so that when your kids are not cooperating in the morning or the traffic is INSANE your are not easily triggered. Namaste friends!

  1. Grab your devotional and read a quick couple of sentences to start your day.

  2. Close your eyes and think about what you are thankful for.

  3. Allow your mind to then empty and don't think about anything you have to do.

  4. Sit in stillness and feel the calm.

  5. When your time is up, say a prayer and start your day in gratitude.

No matter what life throws your way, you are centered, peaceful, and your reminder will be to find that place where your day began. Much love mamas!
